By day, Emmanuel crunches numbers as an accountant, and by night, he’s my partner in pursuing our coffee dreams. After leaving my banking job to focus on our little one and kickstart our coffee venture, we’re eager to share our passion with you.

Why the cat?

If you’re curious about the cat on our cart, that’s Blue—the inspiration behind our name. He was sweet, affectionate, and somehow managed to take up a huge space in our hearts. In loving memory of him, we created Blue Leaf Coffee.
